The BuddyPress software has 3 group types. Hidden, Private and Public.

So I had suggested the idea of creating a Hidden Group for each org (that would create a “private” forum) plus an outreach group for a public forum to allow conversations with non group members.

But could also direct people to discuss groups in the org topic here.
